During my recent stay at the Sedona Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary offerings, particularly at the Moat Bar & Grill. Enjoying a fresh fish dish accompanied by fine wine while soaking in the peaceful ambience was a highlight of my trip; the setting was, quite simply, charming. Breakfast at Café Mandalay presented a wide-ranging buffet, showcasing Myanmar flavors that catered notably to diverse palates. Although lacking in certain aspects of value, the quality was commendable. The staff's attentiveness stood out, enhancing each dining experience, whether at the lobby bar for light refreshments or during the evening meals. As a single traveler from London, a destination's culinary experience often influences my choice of stay; Sedona did not disappoint. While this luxurious hotel is perhaps not at the cutting edge of modern aesthetics, its commitment to hospitality and quality food is commendable.
